Instructions for administrators


Creating New Accounts

The creation of new accounts (Staff or Researcher) can take place in two ways:

Account management

To manage a user in your institution, go to the page Users List and click on Details


User Status and Timing

A user's account can be in one of the following User Status:

If the account is not activated within 3 months after creation, it is automatically deleted (with notification to the administrator).
If an active user is not present in the WorkFlow della Ricerca, it will be marked as 'Not valid'. After 6 months from entering the 'Invalid' status, the account is deleted.
After 15 days from the expiry date of an account, the account is marked as 'Invalid'. After 6 months from entering the 'Invalid' status, the account is deleted.


Massive actions on Accounts

In addition to the management of the individual user account, you can perform massive actions that involve all accounts depending on the role they have within your institution.
The available actions in the Actions menu are:


Download Users CSV

You can download a CSV file containing the data of all users of your institution. To do this, go to the page Users List and within the menu Actions, select Download CSV.
